Vintage, Moody Bisbee Wedding
A little rock, a little romance, and a whole lot of soul
When a couple like Marcy and Corey says “I do,” you know it’s going to be unforgettable. These two don’t just march to the beat of their own drum—they brought all their special people and dog to their wedding in the quirky desert town of Bisbee, Arizona.
Known for its historic charm, artistic spirit, and slightly rebellious edge, Bisbee was the perfect setting for a wedding that was anything but ordinary. It’s a place the couple visits often, and on this day, it became the backdrop for a celebration that was as unique and soulful as their love story.

A Setting Steeped in Style and Soul
Marcy and Corey’s vision for the day was clear: dark, moody floral, and vintage-inspired, with every detail reflecting their shared aesthetic and personality. The color palette was a rich mix of rust, black, deep greenery, and hints of gold and brass that gave the entire day an effortlessly lived-in elegance.

Marcy and Corey were surrounded by 60 of their closest family and friends at an intimate venue, The Courtyard. To keep things even more unique, their ceremony had a Celtic Knot ritual. A Celtic knot wedding ceremony, often called a handfasting ceremony, is a symbolic ritual where a couple’s hands are tied together with cords or ribbons to represent their union.

Reception decor was as vintage and moody as you can get! Centerpieces felt like treasures found at a local antique market—eclectic pieces such as a vintage typewriter, cigar boxes, antique scales, greenery and candles that seemed to tell their own stories. Every table had a slightly different design, and together they created a layered, intimate vibe that felt more like a secret dinner party than a traditional reception. Anthus Floral and Events and Retro Rentals located in Phoenix, helped us to create this aesthetic.

A Dog, a Band, and a Vintage Record
Let’s talk about the moments that made this day so Marcy and Corey:
Their dog as the ring bearer. Yes, with a custom vest and a surprisingly strong sense of direction. It was adorable and just the right amount of chaotic.
A local Bisbee band, Juniper Djinn, set the tone for the ceremony and cocktail hour, weaving the desert air with soulful sounds that felt part love song, part soundtrack of the past.
And instead of a guestbook, guests signed a vintage vinyl record, leaving sweet messages that the couple can now spin forever.

Sweet Things & Signature Sips
Dessert? Not your average cake cutting moment. Marcy and Corey brought in Patisserie Jacqui, a James Beard Award–nominated pastry artist, to craft an assortment of delicate, beautiful, and wildly flavorful treats. From lemon bars to rich unique flavored tarts, the desserts were a showstopper—and we’re still dreaming about them.
Cocktails were just as thoughtful. A mix of specialty drinks crafted just for the couple gave guests a reason to try something new and toast to something lasting. Each cocktail had its own twist and plenty of personality.

A Dance Floor with a Pulse
When the sun dipped behind the mountains and Bisbee’s vintage streetlamps flickered on, the party only got better. The dance floor? Packed. The music? Electric. The energy? Unmatched. Marcy and Corey didn’t just throw a wedding—they threw the kind of party people will still be talking about years from now. A little wild, a little weird, completely wonderful.

A Day as Unique as They Are
Every inch of this wedding felt intentional — from the florals, to the music, to the joy in every guest’s face. It wasn’t about what a wedding should look like—it was about what their wedding could be.
Marcy and Corey proved that when you lead with love (and maybe a killer playlist), you can throw a celebration that’s equal parts art, magic, and memory. Bisbee was the perfect stage. And these two? The stars of the most unforgettable show.
